PARADIES BEERENAUSLESE Riesling Likör and elegant acidity lend itBeerenauslese are among the finest sweet wines in Germany. Only the best grapes, which ripen on the vine for a very long time in autumn, are processed for this quality level. The grapes tend to "shrivel up" during the long ripening process, so they have little water and in return a lot of sugar and extract in the berries.
