Sri Lankan Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring Jet circa 1840–1860This is a very pretty sky blue Sri Lankan sapphire and diamond cluster ring, made around 1960. It is set in 18ct gold and features a reeded shank. The centre stone is an oval cut sapphire of approximately 2. 5 carats, showing a bright sky blue colour. Surrounding it is a cluster of brilliant cut diamonds totalling approximately 1. 10 carats, with K L colour and VS clarity. The design is classic and elegant, with a timeless feel.
