A blend of oak aged apple brandy and pear brandy, all made from NYS fruit, with a blend of barrels ranging from 2. 5 years to 4 years old. Inspired by Calvados Domfrontais, the style of Calvados that has a high pear content, the complex aromatic blend of apples and pears create a rich amber dram with notes of dried fruit, baking spice, orchard wood, and vanilla.
