Stormr Men's Surf Top Size:L Models: 1377The Stormr Men's Surf Top was designed with surf fishermen in mind. Constructed of high stretch neoprene, this jacket is waterproof and windproof. The Stormr Surf Top features neoprene cuffs, an adjustable hood, a neoprene neck gasket, and an adjustable waistband seal. All of the seams are glued, blind stitched and thermal taped to insure that they are completely leak proof. There is a big pocket on the front as well as a kangaroo style hand warmer.
