The grapes are spontaneously fermented in concrete, and aged in large Slavonian oak barrels for a little over two years. All organic. The No Name label was born out of a quiet protest ("etichetta di protesta" on the label), when the winery submitted a Barolo sample that was rejected by the governing board.
