Evolution Aqua 1.5" Single Union Ball Valve Dry 75 Artesian2Ball valves are helpful when trying to regulate pump flow or temporarily restrict flow to work on a pump or filter. They allow you to stop back flow completely while disengaging your pump, or to throttle your flow rate down, or direct water through specific lines. Always restrict the flow at the line discharge and never directly at the pump or on the intake side.
