Victorian Bloodstone Shield Signet Ring memento mori It's incredibly unusual to findDATE: Victorian, c. 1890 A fine antique signet ring home to an uncarved shield shaped bloodstone panel. The ring itself is crafted in 18 karat gold, with English hallmarks and the maker's mark of Edward Vaughton of 4 Warstone Lane, Birmingham. It dates from the late Victorian period, circa 1890, and remains in great condition having developed a lovely patina over the years.
