Baby Powder Bath Oil oil This gentle glycerin soap isOur Baby Power fragrance smells just like fresh baby powder. This fragrance is phthalate free. We use sweet almond oil, jojoba oil, and soybean oil as the base oils for our Bath Oils. Sweet Almond and Soybean oils are very moisturizing. Jojoba oil is very similar to the oil your skin produces.
