Kings Wood was named after Henry II who created a royal deer park here and was previously called Trentham Coppy or coppice as the trees were regularly cut down to provide a supply of timber. Rachel pays homage to the early tree designs of William Moorcroft with her woodland infused with warmth from both the distant fields and the last rays
